As Akkumaş Textile Enterprises Inc., we have adopted minimizing our environmental impact during our operations in warp yarn sizing, bleaching, dyeing, denim weaving, and finishing as one of our fundamental strategies, continuously increasing energy efficiency, and transitioning to renewable energy sources.
Our environmental policy is based on the principles of sustainable development, the use of renewable energy, energy efficiency, full compliance with environmental legislation, employee participation, and a sense of social responsibility.

We conduct all our activities in full compliance with national environmental legislation and relevant legal regulations.
Legal changes and new obligations are regularly monitored; our environmental management system is continuously updated accordingly.

2. Use of Solar Power Plants and Support for Renewable Energy
With our established Solar Power Plant (SPP), we meet a significant portion of our electricity needs from renewable and environmentally friendly sources.
With this investment, we aim to minimize our energy-related environmental impacts by reducing greenhouse gas emissions and continuously reduce our carbon footprint.

We regularly monitor our energy consumption, use high-efficiency equipment, and continuously improve our processes.
Energy audits are conducted and optimization projects are implemented in our facility to reduce energy consumption per ton.
